The Velora Process

Every Velora "Trio Edit" is hand-picked and packed with care at our studio in Mumbai. Because we are a boutique operation focused on quality, please allow 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) for us to prepare and sanitize your jewelry before it is handed over to our courier partners.

Shipping Rates

We believe in rewarding our most committed customers. Your shipping cost depends on your chosen payment method:

• Prepaid Orders (UPI / Credit & Debit Cards / Net Banking): * 100% FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): * A flat ₹99 COD Fee applies to all cash orders. This covers the additional handling, insurance, and collection fees charged by our courier partners.

Delivery Timelines

We partner with Shiprocket to ensure your edit reaches you safely. Once your package leaves our studio, the estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

• Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

Note: Deliveries may be slightly delayed during peak festive seasons or extreme weather conditions.

Tracking Your Edit

Transparency is key to the Velora experience. As soon as your box is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's website.

Address Accuracy & RTO

To ensure your jewelry reaches you without delay, please double-check your mobile number and pin code at checkout.

• If a package is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address, an incomplete contact number, or multiple failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee will be charged to send the package a second time.
