Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Hygiene Policy At Velora, we maintain strict quality control and hygiene standards. Because our products include pierced earrings, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing. All sales are final once the product is shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items We carefully inspect and pack every piece before it leaves our facility. However, if your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we are here to help make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage:

  1. You must notify us within 48 hours of the package being delivered.

  2. You must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the original sealed package being opened and the damaged item. This helps us address the issue with our courier partners.

  3. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

To report a damaged item, please email us immediately at [Insert Support Email, e.g., hello@byvelora.in] with your order number, the unboxing video, and clear photos of the defect.

Refunds (If Applicable) If your damage claim is approved and a replacement is not available, we will process a refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs (if any were applied to your order) are non-refundable.

Cancellations Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our shipping partners, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible with "URGENT CANCELLATION" and your order number in the subject line.

RTO (Return to Origin) If a prepaid order is returned to us because the customer was unavailable or provided an incomplete/incorrect address, we will issue a store credit for the order value, minus a standard ₹[Insert amount, e.g., 100] deduction to cover the reverse shipping and handling fees.
